The summer meeting  this year (2008) was in York, the birthplace of John Snow, and is took place on the 150th anniversary of his death

The next meeting of the Society will be in London at the Royal College of Anaesthetists on 31st October

It is also time to start thinking about the next International Symposium on the History of Anaesthesia in 2009, which will be on Crete in October
